Description

The bond between Terra and the Cielo family originated in Valle del Chiampo in 1908, specifically with the Casa Defra estate located around the Cielo family's vineyards.

Giovanni Cielo's new family business. Since Luca and Pierpaolo Cielo (4th generation) took over, the company of the Cielo family has been strengthened by the tradition and experience of more than 2,000 wine producers in Colli Berici. Cielo e Terra has fulfilled its mission.
3 Passo means 3 steps and brewed in a special way. The first step is to manually select the best organic grapes. Second, use partially overripe grapes. Third, give the grapes an extra-long peeling period.
Finally, the wine ages for several months in wooden barrels.

Aromas of hazelnuts, ripe stone fruit, honey and meadow flowers. On the palate it is excellent, almost creamy but soft and fine, followed by the fruity and floral notes of Fiano. Evocative freshness and crispness.
Delicious combination with softer cheeses, also suitable for appetizers with fatty fish (eel, trout, mackerel, salmon).
