Sustainable Production & Cask Maturation

This whisky is crafted using 100% Scottish organic barley, sourced from Mid Coul Farm near Inverness. The farming process strictly prohibits chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or any artificial inputs, prioritizing soil health and sustainable agricultural practices. Distilled in 2012 and matured on Islay for 10 years, the spirit is aged exclusively in first-fill Bourbon barrels. This 100% Bourbon cask system is intentionally chosen to preserve the barley's natural, vibrant flavor to the greatest extent.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A bright and inviting aroma featuring fresh grain, sweet hay, lemon frosting, and a delicate touch of vanilla.
