Adelphi Hampden 2000 15 Years Old

"Adelphi" was founded in 1826. It was once a well-known distillery, producing malt whiskey, grain whiskey and high-quality blended Scotch whiskey. However, after several transfers of management rights, it eventually became a lost distillery. Since 1993, it has re-issued top-quality whiskeys. As a high-quality independent bottler of whiskey, "Adelphi" has become synonymous with top-quality whiskey. In 2012, it officially obtained a license to build a distillery on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula on the east coast of Scotland. In the near future, it will surely become the top-quality whiskey that everyone is chasing. Distillery. Adelphi is run by a team led by Alex Bruce, who won the Keeper of the Quaich in 2006. It pursues excellence and high-level top-level whiskey products. The single malt whiskeys maintain their original taste and are neither cold-filtered nor added with caramel. The main products include single barrel strength whiskey (original wine), the Mystery Distillery Selection Series in Scotland and Scotch blended whiskey. The Adelphi wine selection is made by Charles Maclean, the most famous whiskey writer in the whiskey industry, who serves as the chief consultant. Each wine is carefully selected. The Adelphi wine selection team led by Charles Maclean and Alex Bruce strictly controls the products produced. Every time the wine is selected from the cooperative distilleries, there is less than 10% chance of being selected.

Pure Single Rum (100% pot still, from molasses and a single distillery) from Jamaica. This rum was distilled at the Hampden distillery in Trelawney. It was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2016 at 15 years old by Independent bottler Adelphi, after undergoing a finishing period in ex-Sherry casks.

Deep amber in hue; Little beading. American oak. Banana bread, caramel toffees, with a vegetal(artichoke,linseed oil) base surrounded by tropical floral scents. The taste is sweet and frertaste. A drop of water increases the caramel and oiliness, with tropica; fruit juice and a rummy aftertaste.
