Description

Chardonnay and Garganega grapes from Allegrini Cuvée Soave, hand-picked, the fastest route to the winery, where they are carefully decomposed.

Fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of aging on fine lees before the wine is finally drawn out and aged in bottle for a long period of time, giving the white wine even more complexity.

Allegrini's Soave is a bright straw yellow color. Opens with a pleasant dryness, taste and aroma.

The scent opens with white flowers, followed by fresh notes of jasmine, honeysuckle and lemongrass. It has crisp and delicate citrus aromas, grapefruit, lemon and pink grapefruit.

Soave has moderate fruit acidity, soft taste and freshness. The result of this young white wine from the Veneto wine region convincingly convincing with a final beautiful reverberation.
