The style of the winery inherits his father's sense of fruit, and pursues to express the terroir characteristics brought by the rich limestone soil of Messault Village.

The obvious minerality forms a vigorous wine quality, full of tension acidity skeleton, compact and elegant wine body, and blooms the most charming deliciousness over time.

Highly recommended by the sommeliers of Michelin-starred restaurants such as Europe, America and Japan, the strongest winery of the new generation with the goal of Coche Dury.

The nose is super fresh with apple, pear, lemon zest and fresh citrus fruit, and the wine is smooth and tight with medium weight. On the palate it has elegant minerality.
