This is a bold project initiated by winemaker Stef Yim, which many abroad doubted was possible — a so-called "Mission Impossible." However, the results have once again proven the skeptics wrong. Do not underestimate the unique advantage of Etna, which is also why Stef chose this location. The vines were first planted in 2020, and by the following year, they had already produced 130 kilograms of grapes. The debut vintage was in 2021, producing only 77 bottles, increasing to 355 bottles in 2022. This vineyard is now recognized as the highest altitude vineyard in Europe.
Tasting Notes:
This wine showcases minerals in their purest form, accompanied by a surreal floral aroma reminiscent of a botanical garden. It presents a harmonious blend of red fruits and rose hips, creating a captivating sensory experience.
