Released in 2019, it's a limited edition of 6,300 bottles worldwide, with an ABV of 43%. The overall style leans towards mature fruit, honey, spice, vanilla, and soft oak, making it elegant, refined, and easy to drink yet possessing a sense of age.

This series is a project by Berry Bros. & Rudd that combines whisky with photographic art, a collaboration between blender Doug McIvor and photographer Lindsay Robertson. No. 1's theme is the North West Coast landscape of Sandwood Bay. Founded in 1690, the brand is one of the oldest liquor merchants in Britain, thus this whisky also exhibits a strong "old merchant cask selection" style.
