Blank Canvas 'Una Volta' ('Once upon a time') is the winery's Italian-named prestige blend, meticulously curated from top single vineyard Pinot Noirs across New Zealand regions for ultimate complexity. The 2020 delivers mature red-black fruits, velvety tannins and intricate spice layers with perfect power-elegance balance—a benchmark aging Pinot Noir with 12+ years potential.

Winemaking & Style
Curated blend from Central Otago, Marlborough and Waipara Valley's finest single vineyards for multi-terroir complexity.
Hand-harvested parcel fermentation with whole bunch portions, open fermenters hand-pumped for spice development.
12 months French oak (new and one-fill) precisely extracts fine tannins and vanilla-spice while preserving fruit purity.
