Bodega Cerrón Los Yesares 2023 is a Premier Cru Monastrell vineyard, grown from ungrafted old vines from 1942 and 1967, on broken limestone with roots penetrating deep into the parent rock. The wine presents a complex interplay of red cherry, raspberry, floral, herbal, and savory mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and pure, with fine, powdery tannins, bright and dynamic acidity, and a clean, crisp finish. The finish retains minerality and a hint of leafiness, showcasing the precision, elegance, and depth of Monastrell wines with minimal intervention.
