Their style emphasizes natural fermentation, low or very low sulfur dioxide, minimal filtration, or no clarification, following a very "artisan" approach.

These wineries are typically not large Champagne houses, but rather small, independent producers who prioritize single-plot vineyards, grape ripeness, and terroir expression.

This NV Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs is predominantly Pinot Noir, belonging to the Blanc de Noir category.
