L’Aitna bianco Superiore DOC è prodotto con uve Carricante coltivati con l’antico e tradizionale sistema ad alberello nella zona di Milo ad un’altitudine di 900 s.l.m. Il Carricante è un antichissimo vino autoctono dell’Etna. Il nome gli è stato attribuito per sottolineare l’attitudine del vitigno a dare una buona produzione.Da sempre quasi esclusivamente coltivato alle pendici dell’Etna sul suo versante Est.

Colore: giallo paglierino con sfumature verdi.

Odore: intenso, ampio, fruttato, con sentori di mela.

Sapore: secco, piacevolissima acidità e persistenza aromatica.

Temperatura di servizio: 10 – 12° C

Abbinamento: si accompagna con pietanze a base di pesce.
