Caol Ila 35 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky [ Special Release 2018 ]

slay is the legendary birthplace of Scottish whisky. It is generally believed that the distilling technology of Irish whiskey was first introduced to Islay. In addition, Islay is geographically closest to Ireland and there are many residents of Irish descent on the island, so the credibility of this statement is quite high. Islay is rich in peat and is the first line of attack by the Atlantic breeze, which further highlights the smoky peat characteristics of Islay, thus allowing Islay to become an independent production area independent of the island area.

The first Caol Ila 35-year-old whisky in the Special Release series is also the oldest Caol Ila whisky to date. The original wine, which is matured in second-fill American oak reconstituted barrels, second-fill American oak and European oak barrels, has a fresh smoky base, exuding floral and fruity aromas, a smooth taste and excellent balance; the flavor is mature and presents a wonderful and refreshing flavor.
