Vineyards come from altitudes ranging from 300m to 700m. The grapes produced are well suited to dry soil with good drainage, which contributes to optimum yield and ripeness. Harvested by hand. Soil types range from gray slate, to sand-rich granite soils, to pebble soils planted in terraced fields.

Aged for 4 months on fine lees, the nose is elegant and intense, with notes of green apple, apricot and papaya. Very good balsamic aromas such as mint, spearmint and eucalyptus, with a high persistence on the palate, freshness and a long aftertaste.
