Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs Brut NV is the flagship Blanc de Blancs champagne from the renowned Charles Heidsieck Champagne estate.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, it showcases the estate's signature roasted nuts, citrus, and chalky minerality.

Color: Bright pale golden yellow with a silvery-green sheen; fine, dense, and persistent bubbles.

Aroma (Nose): Complex and layered, the aromas exude sweet fruitiness of white peach, candied mandarin peel, lime, honey and flowers (acacia, honeysuckle), and fresh hazelnut, interwoven with deep notes of brioche, roasted nuts, fresh bread, lemon oil, and chalky minerality.

Palate: Full-bodied and rounded on the palate with a well-structured form. Sweet, ripe stone fruit (yellow peach, nectarine), candied lemon, green apple, and grapefruit peel flavors are powerfully balanced by bright acidity. The mid-palate reveals complex layers of spices (white pepper, ginger), crème brûlée, roasted almonds, and a savory minerality. The mousse is creamy and smooth, possessing both power and elegance.

Finish: The finish is long and clean, leaving lingering notes of citrus peel, roasted nuts, chalky savory flavors, and honeyed floral notes. Overall, it's both sweet and savory, making it a wine with great potential for food pairing.
