Description
Château Duhart-Milon 2012 is a classic fourth-growth Bordeaux Pauillac vintage, part of the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite). It's a blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon and 38% Merlot, with an alcohol content of approximately 12.5%, showcasing the typical power and elegant structure of Pauillac.

The aromas include blackcurrant, cedar, pencil shavings, and herbal notes. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with firm but mature tannins, and a finish of cassis, 
black cherry, spice, and minerality. While still young, it is already well-balanced and is expected to be best enjoyed between 2020 and 2035.

Vintage Performance: The 2012 vintage performed exceptionally well on the Left Bank. Despite challenging weather conditions, the autumn harvest was ideal. Duhart-Milon received multiple 90+ point ratings, demonstrating the winery's precise grape selection and oak barrel aging (approximately 30% new oak).
