Château Malescot St. Exupéry 2014 is a representative third-growth Margaux wine, receiving high praise from multiple authoritative rating agencies, 
ranging from 93 to 96 points.

This wine is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot, with an alcohol content of 14.5%. 
It was aged for 16 months in 80% new oak barrels, showcasing the typical elegance, rich aromas, and velvety texture of Margaux.

The aromas include blackberry, raspberry, cedar, graphite, and spring flowers; the palate is medium to full-bodied, with pure fruit flavors, 
fine tannins, and notes of cassis, black cherry, pencil shavings, and spring flowers. The acidity is lively, and the finish is long and elegant.

James Suckling awarded it 96 points: "Fully bodied, integrated tannins, and a gorgeous finish."

The 2014 vintage performed exceptionally well in Margaux. While not a top vintage, it boasts excellent structure, a round and balanced body, and is suitable for immediate consumption or short to medium-term aging.
