Les Arômes de Pavie 2015 is the second wine of Château Pavie, a Premier Grand Cru Classé A estate in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux. Blended from 66% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc, and 13% Cabernet Sauvignon, it exhibits a similar rich fruit flavor and minerality to the grand vin, and has been hailed by many wine critics as "one of the finest second wines of the 2015 vintage."

2015 Vintage Characteristics: 2015 was a "legendary vintage" for Bordeaux, with a mild spring and a hot, dry summer. The grapes were exceptionally ripe and healthy, earning it the reputation of "one of the best vintages of the last decade" from many critics, showcasing a perfect balance of ripe fruit and bright acidity.

Grape Origin: Selected plots from the core vineyards of Château Pavie (including two hectares in Plateau, originally used for the grand vin), with soils primarily composed of limestone, chalk, and clay, imparting elegant tannins and minerality.

Blending: 66% Merlot (providing red fruit, smooth tannins, and body), 21% Cabernet Franc (contributing floral, spicy, and refreshing acidity), and 13% Cabernet Sauvignon (adding dark fruit, pencil shavings, and structure).

Oak Aging: Aged for 18–20 months in a mixture of 50% new French oak barrels and 50% one-year-old oak barrels, imparting elegant layers of vanilla, cedar, and spice while retaining pure fruit aromas.
