Château Paradis Casseuil Bordeaux 2018
is produced in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux and owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite). The 2018 vintage benefited from ideal weather, resulting in ripe grapes and a balanced, fruit-driven wine. The estate emphasizes sustainable viticulture and combines traditional Bordeaux winemaking with modern techniques to preserve fruit purity and balance.
:
Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels, adding aromatic complexity and structure.
:
Deep crimson-purple color. The nose is subtle and elegant, with aromas of dark berries, cherry, spice, and a hint of toasted oak. The palate is generous, well-structured, with soft tannins, flavors of redcurrant, cedar, and vanilla. The finish is long and fresh, reflecting finesse and complexity.
