Loch Lomond Distillery is located in the highlands of Scotland, next to Loch Lomond in the critical lowlands. It has a natural beauty like a paradise, and this hidden paradise has given birth to an innovative winery that chooses good and stubborn. Since its establishment in 1964, Loch Lomond has determined to create a unique soul. It not only created the original Lomond Still, but also used the Hu-style still for distillation, and combined the still and barley types, and then Breeding wines with unique and exclusive character and charm. Kefu Dunji is the most powerful brand of peat under Loch Lomond. The peat content is 40ppm. Although it is the same as the normal brand Inchmoan, it uses two wash stills and one final Spirit Still produces wine and blends it into whiskey, and the unrestrained highland peat brings everyone's understanding of Loch Lomond to another new level.
Master Kuxuan selected the brand "Kefudunji", which is rare even in original bottling (OB), and combined the unrestrained highland peat with the sweet taste of sherry, which is like a "sweet peat" punch. "Gourmet", how should you face it?
Sherry barrel is Jerez in Spanish and Sherry in English. It is a fortified wine that is only produced in the "Sherry Delta" area of Andalusia Province in southern Spain. The same as this wine, all are regionally limited wines. The production of sherry wine is to add grape distilled spirits during the brewing process to enhance the alcohol concentration, and then oxidize and mature to produce a unique flavor. In terms of taste and sweetness, sherry wine covers many types. Sherry wine is a very good pre-dinner and after-dinner wine, especially suitable for seafood and desserts; but some sherry wines have a unique flavor when drunk alone.
