The Da Silva Wine Company (DALVA) is a house with a strong tradition in Port wine. Founded in 1862, its current name was defined in the first decades of the twentieth century. With a mission to produce Port wines, with high quality standards guaranteeing the prestige, reputation and perception of the brand's value. C. da Silva is known for its beautiful and exclusive "Colheitas", such as the Golden White of 1952, 1963 and 1971.

Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle must be in an upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment over time. Pour carefully so it doesn't get cloudy. It should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent accompaniment to simple and classic desserts but can also be enjoyed alone, slightly chilled, as an aperitif.
