年份背景與混釀特色

2017 年香檳區經歷春季霜凍與夏季高溫，產量雖少但存活果實成熟濃縮

。為平衡該年 Pinot Noir 的高強度與複雜度，2017 年份提高了 Chardonnay 比例至約 61%（Pinot Noir 約 39%），在歷代年份中屬於 Chardonnay 佔比較高、風格極富張力的一代

。酒液經歷近 9 年酒泥陳釀後除渣，呈現絕佳平衡

品飲筆記

色澤與氣泡：淡金色帶微綠光澤，氣泡幼密細緻且持久

香氣：開段帶有白花、茉莉、青蘋果、糖漬柑橘皮與乾杏脯香氣，隨後展現標誌性的煙燻還原感（smoky reduction）、牛油多士、烘烤榛子、可可豆與雨後初晴的泥土清香（petrichor）

口感：酒體飽滿且層次豐富，慕斯如絲絨般柔滑；成熟核果與柑橘風味伴隨明亮酸度，中後段帶有些微細緻酚類苦韻與鮮味（umami），賦予酒體立體架構

尾韻：收結純淨、乾爽且深長，伴隨白堊土帶來的鹹鮮礦物感與烘烤香氣

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 是香檳名家 Dom Pérignon 近期推出的標誌性年份作品，由前後任首席釀酒師 Richard Geoffroy 與 Vincent Chaperon 共同見證交接

。這款酒在 Wine Advocate 獲得 96+ 分（部分市場推廣標示為 RP96 區間），並在 Vinous 獲得 Antonio Galloni 97–98 分高度讚賞
