Domaine Coste Moynier AOC Languedoc Saint Christol Tradition Rouge 2023 is a full-bodied and rounded wine from the Languedoc region of southern France,

in Saint-Christol.

Aromas:

Ripe blackberries, black cherries, blackcurrants, and other dark fruits with jammy notes.

Distinct aromas of pepper, licorice, Mediterranean herbs (thyme, rosemary), and hints of dry forest floor and earth.

Palmistry: Medium to full-bodied with ripe, rounded tannins and a slight chewiness.

Medium acidity, warm and full-bodied style, rich fruit flavors, accompanied by a finish of spice and a subtle licorice.

The finish is dominated by aromas of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of woodland/garrigue.

Pairing and Serving Suggestions:

Recommended serving temperature: Approximately 16–18°C. Decanting (15–30 minutes) after opening helps soften the tannins and release the aromas.

Food pairings: roasted lamb rack, roast beef, stewed beef, herb-roasted chicken, various red meat stews, spiced sausages, charcoal-grilled vegetables, and tomato-based dishes.
