Domaine Daniel Dampt Cote De Lechet Chablis 1er Cru 2021

Domaine Daniel Dampt Côte de Léchet Chablis 1er Cru 2021 comes from the family winery Daniel Dampt et Fils, managed by brothers Sébastien and Vincent Dampt, located in a premium single-vineyard hillside in the heart of the Chablis appellation.

Côte de Léchet is a rare 1er Cru from the Vaillons community. Its southeast-facing shale soils contribute typical minerality and tension. 
It is 100% Chardonnay, fermented and aged in oak barrels (approximately 30%), with an alcohol content of approximately 13%. 
The 2021 vintage exhibits a rich and balanced character.

Aromas: Lemon, orange blossom, green apple skin, and white minerality, with subtle layers of cream and toast.

Palmistry: Creamy yet sharp in acidity, silky texture interwoven with saltiness, full-bodied yet with clear lines.

Finish: Long and savory, with mineral and citrus finishes, elegant and persistent.

Serving suggestions: Serve at 9–11°C, decanting for 30 minutes; pair well with oysters, lobster, or roast chicken, 
utilizing the mineral acidity to enhance the freshness.
