A refreshing organic/biodynamic white wine from Languedoc and IGP Pays d’Oc in southern France, characterized by its "Mediterranean crispness

and herbaceous notes" while retaining the purity and vitality of a natural style.

Region and Viticulture: Sourced from vineyards heavily influenced by the sea breezes of southern France, in gravelly and clay-lime soils, Sauvignon Blanc

is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, following a lunar calendar cycle. The Terre Lune series emphasizes the "land + moon" philosophy.

Winemaking:

Typically fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention using natural yeasts, without heavy oak treatment,

to preserve the freshness and minerality of Sauvignon Blanc.

Aroma and Palate:

Aroma: Full of citrus aromas such as lemon, lime, and grapefruit, accompanied by crisp fruit notes of green apple, white peach, pear, and currant,

with typical Sauvignon Blanc notes of grass, green bell pepper, mint, and a hint of elderflower.

Palate: The wine is refreshingly acidic, light to medium-bodied, and juicy on the palate; notes of citrus, white fruit, and herbs intertwine, with a touch of chalkiness/mineralism. The finish is dry and crisp, making it very easy to drink.
