Winemaking & Style

Les Teurons 1er Cru on Beaune's southeast slopes, limestone-gravel soils at 300m elevation.

Hand-harvested, 50% whole bunch fermentation for structure and spice complexity, open fermenters.

12 months French oak (20-30% new), biodynamic winemaking preserving terroir purity.

Aroma: Red cherry, black raspberry, violet, cedar, licorice, wet stone, rose petal
