Vincent Girardin Savigny-Lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes 2023 is a white Bourgogne, 100% Chardonnay, with an alcohol content of approximately 13%. 
Its style is fresh, precise, and mineral.

The description mentions aromas of citrus, pear, white flowers, green apple, and a hint of white peach/apricot. On the palate, it is crisp and dynamic, 
with a finish exhibiting stone-like texture and subtle notes of toast, vanilla, or smoky oak.

Overall, it falls into the category of "not heavy, but textured" white Burgundy, with older vines contributing a more concentrated fruitiness and structure.
