The 2023 vintage is regarded as one of the outstanding vintages in Alsace; this Gewurztraminer shows layers of lychee, rose, honey, spice, tropical fruit and hints of citrus. It has medium to full body, fresh acidity, rounded texture, in classic Alsace Gewurztraminer style.

Vinification & Style
Dopff au Moulin Gewurztraminer is produced in France, Alsace, under AOC Alsace, from 100% Gewurztraminer. The estate dates back to 1574, located in Riquewihr village, one of the oldest family-owned wineries in Alsace. The 2023 vintage is fermented in stainless steel and old oak barrels, preserving the grape's natural aromatics and fruit, while adding subtle spice and honey layers. The wine is in Moelleux (off-dry) style, with residual sugar around 20 g/L, balanced acidity, suitable for pairing with spicy dishes and Asian cuisine.
