Tasting Notes：

Nose：

The nose reveals a surprisingly fruity style - peaches, pears and pineapple alongside golden syrup and vanilla'd oak.

Palate：

The palate is archetypical Islay initially with smoke and sea-salt but develops to a tropical fruit sweetness with brown sugar.

Finish：

The finish is exceptional and goes on and on... more orchard fruits with charred oak, citrus peels and an underlying peat smoke complexity and depth.
