Produced by Edradour, a small, artisanal distillery in the Highlands of Scotland, distilled in 2013, aged for 11 years in a single-fill Oloroso Sherry Butt cask, bottled at cask strength in 2025, 58.5% ABV, non-cold filtered, natural color, and part of the limited single cask series.

Style: A representative of heavy sherry bombs, showcasing the richness of a small, traditional distillery, with a deep caramel color and a perfect blend of sherry dried fruit and oak.

Flavor Characteristics:

Aroma: Opens with intense dried fig, plum, raisins, and toffee, accompanied by dark chocolate, coffee beans, tobacco leaves, and a subtle hint of yeasty sherry, with a rich and inviting oak base.

Palmistry: Extremely full-bodied and oily, bursting with black cherry jam, caramel pudding, cinnamon ginger spice, and bittersweet cocoa on the palate. The high alcohol content amplifies the sherry tannins and woody notes, creating a complex and layered flavor profile.
