Heaven Hill Distilleries is the largest independent, family-owned and operated producer and marketer of distilled spirits in the United States. They produce whiskey at the historic Bernheim Distillery, which is designated a Kentucky State Distillery.

They have been hand-selecting a limited number of oak barrels to create the perfect blend for Elijah Craig Bourbon.

Aroma: cedar, orange marmalade and some spicy cardamom seeds.

Taste: Baked apples, dusted with cinnamon, then topped with fresh honey and cookie dough.

Finish: Nutmeg and charred oak.
