ETSU Handcrafted Gin

Etsu handmade gin is handcrafted at the Asahikawa distillery in the Hokkaido region of Japan 👏 "Etsu" in Japanese means "pleasure"🥰

Immediately, you can think of the happy mood when drinking a tight gin👯‍♀️ There is a skill on the bottle, sitting quietly on the lotus.

On her head, there is a Shinto shrine to reflect Japanese religious beliefs ⛩

Etsu is known for its strong floral aroma 🌸, when brewing gin, the distillery uses ☘️ green bitter orange peel, licorice, coriander and angelica root as botanicals.

Soak these ingredients for more than 24 hours 💪 and then dilute with water from Mount Taisetsu from 83% to 43%.

This process is a testament to the outstanding attention to detail that can be felt in every aspect of the product 😎

🤤TasteNote: Etsu handmade gin, you can guess the approximate ingredients of botanicals. Of course, juniper berries can be tasted. Also added green tea, some vegetables and yuzu.

Also, you can taste the spicy Sancho pepper. The result is bitter, fruity, sweet, sour and hot, feeling very very balanced😍
