Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Handcrafted Gin (Limited Edition)

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido.

Hokkaido is the second largest of the four main islands in the archipelago, but the least populated. It is located in the northern part of Honshu Island, separated from the Tsugaru Strait.

It faces the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Sea of Japan to the west, and the Okhotsk Sea to the north.

During the Meiji era (1868-1912), the island adopted its current name: Hokkaido, meaning "Road to the North Sea".

Fresh water from the mountain source and sea water from the Sea of Japan are added to carefully selected botanicals such as juniper berry, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander to create this unique gin, bottled in a design expressing Japan's coastline.
