Fattoria Conca d'Oro Prosecco Cuvée Nobile Brut DOC Treviso is a typical Veneto-style, crisp and aromatic Prosecco, characterized by its dryness, easy drinkability, and delicate floral and fruity aromas.

Winemaking: Utilizes the Charmat long-tank fermentation method to preserve the grapes' fresh fruit and floral aromas. It is a Brut-type dry wine, with residual sugar typically around 10–12 g/L (standard Brut range).

Flavor Characteristics:

Appearance and Effervescence: Pale straw yellow with green hues; fine and dense bubbles; light and persistent head.

Aroma: Ripe yet refreshing aromas, dominated by white flowers (similar to acacia flowers), green apple, and pear, with hints of citrus and light honey; the overall aroma is pure and not overpowering. Palate: Dry on the palate with crisp acidity, fruity notes reminiscent of green apple salad, pear, and lemon peel. Light in texture yet with considerable aromatic persistence, the finish is clean and crisp, with slightly bitter citrus and a hint of minerality.

Serving Suggestions:

Perfect as an aperitif, pairing well with cold cuts, vegetable salads, and Bruschetta.

Also great with seafood appetizers, steamed fish, fried seafood, sushi, and light pasta, enhancing the freshness with its acidity and effervescence.
