Four Pillars comes from the Yarra River in Victoria, Australia. The brand was established in 2013. Four Pillars Distillery was established in Healesville in the Yarra Valley (Yarra Valley) near Melbourne. The production area is also the manufacturing place of many wine brands and gourmet ingredients. So far, Four Pillars has been distributed in five continents around the world. It has won Double Golds three times in New York and Washington, and has been voted as one of the best gin brands.

Juniper berries, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, Tasmanian pepper leaves, cassia seeds, lavender, angelica, star anise, lemon myrtle, fresh oranges, using whole organic oranges to enhance the aroma of cardamom.

Cinnamon and star anise add rich fruity flavors, Tasmanian pepper leaves round out the body, and lemon myrtle is a beautiful substitute for lemon zest, a modern Aussie with spicy and citrus notes liquor.
