Champagne René Geoffroy is a legendary Aÿ family estate with 178 years of vineyard history. Expression blends Premier Cru old vines from Cumières and Hautvillers—50% current vintage (e.g. 2020) + 50% perpetual reserve since 1970—for apple, pear, brioche and chalky minerality. No malolactic keeps it vibrant with fine bubbles; elegant food Champagne with 5–8 years aging potential.

Parcel-by-parcel fermentation (enamel steel + some neutral oak), no malolactic for tension.
Minimum 36 months on lees, 3–5g/L dosage, low sulfur; core cuvée with steady production.
