Glaetzer Bishop Shiraz 2021 ( JS93，RP92)

Glaetzer Bishop Shiraz 2021 is a classic single-varietal Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, renowned for its old-vine depth and elegant balance. High scores of RP92 and JS93 affirm its concentrated fruit aromas and delicate structure.

From 35-120 year old vine Shiraz in the Ebenezer region, aged for 16 months in oak barrels (40% new barrels, 90% French oak), 14.5% ABV, deep ruby ​​color, aging potential 10-15 years.

Flavor Characteristics:
Aroma: Blackberry, licorice, five-spice, and cedar, accompanied by layers of raspberry and red currant, rich yet restrained.

Palmistry: Full-bodied and juicy, with black cherry, black pepper, cinnamon, and olive intertwined, bright tannins, and a long finish, excellently balanced.

Finish: Long-lasting, with hints of red licorice, clove, and a touch of cocoa, elegantly closing. Serving suggestions: Decant for 1 hour, serve at 14-16°C in a large-bellied glass; best paired with roast duck, beef burger, or spiced stew.
