Complex and detailed, full-bodied and firm, blending attractive orange marmalade honey, freshly ground coffee beans, sherry and nutty aromas, a little oak tannin is a rich and complete whisky with a lingering aftertaste. Whisky alone is like a perfect dessert, a great after-dinner drink.
Aroma: Complex and refined, a deep, smoky peaty aroma, mixed with tempting marmalade honey, freshly ground coffee beans, sherry and nutty aromas, a touch of oak tannins.
Taste: The wine is full-bodied and strong, with sherry aromas and oak aromas agitating. Intense and nutty smoke.
Aftertaste: Intense, deep, sweet smoke and wheat. Belgian dark chocolate on the back of the tongue.
