Description
🥃Glengoyne 12 Years Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky🥃
This Glengoyne is completely peat-free (unusual in the Highlands), soft, fruity and very tasty. A premium single malt whisky!
Aroma: Toffee apples, a touch of acacia honey, nectarines in syrup and spices, with toasted barley in the background.
Palate: Overripe grapes with hints of sweetness of vanilla, coconut milk and oak spice. Light chocolate ice cream.
Finish: Long, oily finish with lingering coffee notes.
Glengoyne is a rare winery at that time that the main force used Sherry barrels to produce the distillery at that time. It used expensive and precious gold promise barley, did not undergo peat loving air drying method, and distilled at a slow speed.
Introduction to the winery:
The Glengoni Distillery located in the West Highlands is different from most malt whisky distilleries. In addition to insisting on not adding spices and caramel, it also does not add coloring, so that it has a natural primary color. It still insists on air drying. The method of drying the golden promise barley has the golden primary color peat flavor, and the hand-selected top-quality oak barrels have maintained the traditional manufacturing process to this day. Over the years, the precious Grangeni single malt has been created.
