Glengoyne 30 Years Old 2017 Limited Release

The distillation speed of Glengoni is the slowest in all of Scotland, and it is never in a hurry. During the long journey of distillation, its single malt whiskey has refined the most unique flavor of Glengoney. The barley is dried by air drying method, never peat is used, and the golden promise barley releases more subtle and multi-layered taste through slow distillation and carefully selected oak barrels. Time and oak barrels add color to Glengoni, so why do you need heavy makeup from outside? Specially hand-selected oak barrels have become the comfort zone of Glengoni whiskey. Matured in fine oak barrels, the storage cellar pays attention to a comfortable sense of space. We only stack three layers high according to the ancient method, and let them sleep in the cool stone wine cellar. Since its founding in 1833, it has accumulated experience without interruption, and will not easily change the traditional perfect craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation. Never satisfied, only better Our finest sherry casks are almost exclusively kept in a completely exclusive cellar for thirty years, during which time our whiskey masters actually test the quality and strive to achieve The beauty of barrel wine insists on selecting only the best sherry oak barrels by hand.
