Gordon & MacPhail Ardmore 21 Years 2000-2021 46% ABV is a classic independently bottled series from the Highlands-smoked Ardmore distillery.

Key Features: Distilled in 2000, bottled in 2021, aged 21 years on refill sherry hogsheads, 46% ABV, non-cold filtered, showcasing a gentle balance of peaty smoke and sherry sweetness. A limited release from the Gordon & MacPhail Distillery Labels series.

Flavor Profile: Aromas: Toasted orange tart, orange bread, black toffee, dates, cold smoke like smoked cheese, mature hue.

Palmistry: Old leather, brown sugar, milk chocolate turning bittersweet, light black pepper and damp charcoal smoke, a perfect blend of sweet and salty sherry, medium-bodied.

Finish: Medium-long, a warm and lingering finish with syrupy sweetness and smoky bitterness. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water to bring out the smoky and fruity layers. Best paired with smoked fish, blue cheese, or grilled meats. Refined for immediate enjoyment, with high aging potential. Averages 86 points on Whiskybase.
