Highland Park 1990/2010 - 20 Years Old Single Malt Whisky

Highland Park Distillery was built in 1798 by David Robertson. The distillery’s relationship with blenders Robertson & Baxter led to its purchase by Highland Distillers in 1937 and subsequently by Edrington in 1999, who continue to run it to this day. The modern Highland Park single malt brand was first officially bottled in the 1970s with an 8-year aging statement, but distillery bottlings first appeared around the 1950s. The brand's look has undergone many changes over the years, but its cult following and popularity have never waned. To this day, it remains one of the most famous single malt whiskies in the world.

Nose：Very fresh and soft with light peat smoke and herbs. A subtle sweetness with sugar plums, honey and cotton candy make for a pleasant (albeit unspectacular) nose.

Taste：Smooth with a more noticeable peat and smoke influence. A little spicy and bitter, but still elegant. Some tobacco, leather and granola, but also a sweeter side with dates and orange jam.

Finish：Medium and smoky .
