Winery Introduction

Champagne Jacquesson, located in Dizy, is a small, prestigious winery in the Champagne region renowned for its terroir-oriented approach and low production volumes. Its "700 Series" uses sequential numbering instead of the traditional NV designation, with each vintage reflecting the terroir of its respective year through different blends and sugar additions.

Cuvée 748 is the 20th anniversary edition of the 700 Series, primarily composed of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Champillon (55%), and Avize and Oiry (45%) from Côte des Blancs.

Flavor Profile: Aromas are dominated by fresh pear, citrus peel, grapefruit, white peach, and green apple, with hints of brioche, toast, hazelnut, ginger, mint, chamomile, and chalky minerality.

Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with ripe fruit flavors that remain clear and linear; fine bubbles, bright acidity and a salty finish give the wine tension, with a finish of floral, citrus and a hint of caramel/roasted nuts.
