Jean-Marie Berrux Bourgogne Nondegu 2022

Jean-Marie Berrux was trained in Bona, and shifted from Paris to Burgundy. Since 2004, he has grown less than two hectares of Chardonnay near the Corpeau village near the Puligny-Montrachet border. All jobs were manually completed by Jean-Marie and his wife Marie.

"Nondegu is my only red wine. It comes from a piece of land in Chalonnaise, northern Cott. I cooperate with my family with the land. I am part of the tractor work to help the family. Then I bought all their grapes. I helped them help them. It was transformed into organic planting five years ago, which was two years when I started buying fruits. On the slope of the valley, a total of 2.4 hectares are scattered on five parcels. A bit like a movie in the 1950s-when we are ready, it ends on a large table, everyone is sitting and eating together until the end of the food. 35 liters.

Nondegu Pinot Noir 2022 (France Wine de France)
