Johnnie Walker Blue Label 2000s Edition

If you're referring to the classic Blue Label bottled in the 2000s, it's generally a blended Scotch whisky without a vintage label, commonly available in 40% ABV, 700ml or 750ml bottles. 
Blue Label itself isn't a 12-year-old or other fixed-age whisky; the spirit is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from multiple Scotch distilleries.

After Blue Label entered the general retail market in 2000, the ABV decreased from 43% in the early tourist retail version to 40%. Therefore, if the bottle indicates 43%, it may be an earlier or specific tourist retail bottling. Don't rely solely on "2000s" to determine the exact year; check the batch code on the bottom/back label and packaging characteristics.

Flavor and Positioning
Classic Blue Label features notes of honey, vanilla, ripe fruit, dried fruit, mild smoke, and woody spices. The palate is smooth and mellow, with a smoky and sweet finish. The vintage and storage conditions of older versions may result in different aromas and flavors; "older packaging" does not necessarily mean it is better than the current version, and bottle condition and storage are equally important.
