The 1970s version of the Johnnie Walker Red Label is an early bottle of this globally bestselling blended Scotch whisky. The bottle design differs from the modern version, featuring the iconic "walking man" logo. The label design leans towards a retro style, making it a sought-after vintage bottle for collectors.

It exhibits pronounced caramel and brown sugar aromas, accompanied by subtle woody smokiness and sherry cask influence, resulting in a very pleasing and approachable overall aroma.

On the palate, it is noticeably sweet, like caramelized apple, with a smooth, oily texture, a rich and layered mouthfeel.
