🇯🇵Kanosuke Single Malt Whisky (2021 Second Edition)🥃

Kanosuke Distillery's second generation single malt Japanese whisky

In order to embody the concept of "MELLOW LAND, MELLOW WHISKY" of single malt Japanese whisky, raw sake is brewed using original 3 stills (copper stills), and then aged for 3 years in various oak barrels.

"Kanosuke Distillery のSingle Malt Japanese Whisky (2021 Second Edition) Cask Strength" was in the 2018 Distillery.

Using non-peated malt, and using undiluted sake aged in bourbon barrels as the key, multiple casks were bottled and bottled with Cask Strength.

The sea breeze blowing from Kanosuke distilled is getting colder every day, and we spent a mild aging time.

Enjoy the elegant sweetness and bitterness ripened in the gentleness of the gentle sea breeze.

Yellow amber in color with aromas of citrus, green apple, vanilla and lemon tea.

Honey, cinnamon, grapefruit on the palate with an elegant sweetness and soft bitterness on the finish.
