Single Malt Whisky Kanosuke 2022 Limited Edition

"Single Malt Kanosuke 2022 LIMITED EDITION 59% 700ml" is a single malt Japanese whisky that embodies Kanosuke Distillery's philosophy of "MELLOW LAND, MELLOW WHISKY",

Produced using all 3 of our stills, aged in a variety of oak barrels, and blended together after 3 years of maturation.

"2022 LIMITED" is a single malt Japanese whisky produced at Kanosuke Distillery from 2017 to 2019. It is made from unpeated malt and bottled at cask strength in a blend of casks, with sherry casks being the key.

Unlike last year's 2021 FIRST, which used mostly re-charred American white oak ex-"Mellowed Kozuru"-aged shochu casks, and 2021 SECOND, which used more traditional bourbon casks, this whisky is characterized by the richness and allure of sherry casks Aroma of aged malt.

Enjoy its taste as it lingers on your taste buds like the sun slowly setting over the East China Sea.

Smell: lemon tea, honey, plum, Japanese nikki cinnamon

Taste: Dried berries, coffee sugar, old woods

Aftertaste: spicy, with a pleasant bittersweet
