Kavalan Solist Port Cask Cask Strength 

Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan. It uses water from centuries-old Snow Mountains and Central Mountains for distillation. The water quality is sweet, smooth and dense.
The distiller is made of copper, which can remove the sulfide produced by fermentation. The wine core is carefully selected during distillation to create a new wine with rich floral, fruity and smooth taste.

Port wine is sweet and heavy in taste. It is one of the fortified wines produced in Portugal. Its oak barrels are used to mature whisky, which can make the wine more sweet and delicate and layered.
The original wine contains charming and rich fruit aroma, light woody aroma and slightly incense aroma, showing a unique rich taste and restrained sweet aroma.

Brown-red in color, it exudes a deep nutty aroma combined with sweet orange flowers, slowly bringing out the deep woody flavor unique to Porter barrels.
With the perfect combination of full fruit aroma and top chocolate aroma, it is like nutty chocolate slowly melting in the mouth, reflecting the perfect combination, with a lingering aftertaste.
