Kowloon Single Malt Whiskey is a single malt whisky produced by Hong Kong brand Kowloon Spirits. It highlights local distillation, accelerated maturation, and a distinctive smoky character. It is not a Scotch whisky, but rather a modern-style single malt positioned by the brand as an original Hong Kong creation.

Nosing

Dark caramel and honey aromas emerge first, followed by the subtle smoky character of wood-smoked malt, evoking the iconic charred aroma of Hong Kong-style char siu. After resting in the glass, the red-fruit notes from the Port cask gradually unfold, becoming brighter and more elegant.

Palate

Vanilla and honey create a luxurious, silky texture, before meeting bold smoky spices and a deep savoury umami character—a harmonious collision of Eastern and Western flavours.

Finish

The warmth of Port-seasoned oak lingers on, eventually giving way to a clean, lasting umami smoke. This savoury-sweet afterglow is a uniquely Hong Kong flavour.
