La Petite Odyssée Panorama 2023

Petite Odyssée Panorama 2023 is a natural white wine from southwestern France, registered as Vin de France, and managed by young winemaker Antoine Bernardin. It emphasizes a crisp, mineral character and high drinkability. This wine is a blend of approximately 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Bouysselet, and 30% Chardonnay, produced from an organically and biodynamically grown vineyard with vines approximately 28–36 years old.

The vineyard is located on the alluvial terraces of the Garonne River in the Haute-Garonne department. The soil is primarily composed of gravel and sand from the Pyrenees, contributing to a pronounced minerality and a dry finish.

Made with a natural approach, emphasizing an "unadorned" and easy-drinking character, the grapes are managed organically and biodynamically with minimal intervention to preserve the terroir.

The aroma is quite direct: lemon, grapefruit, white flowers, with a touch of white peach and young pineapple, smelling fresh and clean.
On the palate, it's lively with bright acidity, medium to light body, and notes of white peach, young pineapple, and slight citrus.
The most striking feature is its "stone-like dry minerality" and a hint of sea salt, making it very easy to drink and not cloying.
